HOW DOES IT WORK?


TIME ZONE
I am currently in the south west of France, so all of my classes are in Central European Time (Paris Time Zone).
You can use a time zone converter to find out what time this means for you!

ZOOM
I use the platform Zoom to connect with you all, and it is super easy!
You might already be familiar with it - if so, great - if not, once you’ve booked

your first online class with me, you’ll be sent a link (30 minutes before the class begins) which will take you through the process to set up, and download Zoom. If you are using a phone, you can download the Zoom app. Easy!

After class you will be able to ask me any questions about the practice.

I have designed two programs to allow you to understand the foundations of Ayurveda and Yoga so that you can integrate and experience them through personalized daily routines and Yoga sessions.
