MORE ABOUT ME

As a child, I discovered that movement and dancing was my way of expressing myself. Following my passion I started a professional dancer training from the age of 13. I went on to perform with several contemporary dance companies.

I started practicing Pilates at the age of 17 and Yoga at 21 as part of my dancer's routine; I was then inspired by the philosophy and way of life , and experienced the transformation it can bring.

After injuries that made me leave the dance stage, I decided to continue my exploration of movement by training and earning a certification as a Stott Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor and then as a Yoga Teacher RYT500 after two trainings of 200h and 300h in Hatha and Vinyasa, and also in Yin and Chinese meridians(50h) and in Yoga Nidra(20h)

Passionate to learn more about Ayurveda and how we can apply it to the yoga practice and in every life, I certified in Ayurvedic Yoga and Ayurvedic Nutrition.

I chose to combine my desire to empower others through a healthy body and mind, with my love of adventure and became a traveling yoga and pilates teacher. From Greece to the Maldives, Mauritius, Philippines,... I have been able to connect with beautiful souls from all over the world.

My goal is for you to find the tools that work best for you to take ownership of your journey to greater awareness and well-being. That's why I like to personalize practices, infusing them with various techniques and making sure you're at the center and an active protagonist through the full process while being fully supported in a safe space.
